Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Compliance Crucible LLC collects, how it is used, where it is stored, and the choices you have. We keep it plain, and we describe what the platform actually does — nothing more.

Compliance Crucible is a commercial, subscription platform offered to businesses and professionals. It is not directed to consumers purchasing for personal, household, or family use, and it is not directed to children. By using the platform you represent that you are acting in a business or professional capacity.

Account and documentation data is stored on secured infrastructure with access controls. Documentation records can be locked and preserved with verification values so that a completed record is tamper-evident. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; we work to protect your information using reasonable safeguards appropriate to a platform of this kind.

7. Your documentation records

The documentation records you create are yours. Compliance Crucible stores and processes them to provide the service. We do not use the contents of your documentation records for any purpose other than operating the platform for you, supporting you, and meeting our legal obligations. As described throughout the platform, the tools provide documentation frameworks only and do not certify compliance, authorize work, or make decisions on your behalf.

We retain account and documentation data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of personal information as described below; some records may be retained where we are required or permitted to keep them.

You may request to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing paul@compliancecrucible.com. You can manage your subscription and billing from your member dashboard. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.

The platform uses cookies that are necessary to keep you logged in and to operate the member area securely. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on the member platform. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling necessary cookies may prevent you from logging in.

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected in a new revision number and effective date on this page, consistent with how we version our other governing documents.

This Privacy Policy describes the data practices of the Compliance Crucible platform. It is not legal advice and does not change the terms of the User Agreement (CC-UA-001), which governs your subscription. Where this policy and the User Agreement address the same subject, the User Agreement controls for contractual terms.
