How to cancel

Subscribers may cancel future renewal at any time through:

What happens when you cancel

Cancellation stops future renewal. Access continues through the end of the current paid period unless the Agreement is terminated for cause. After the paid period ends, access to member tools, the dashboard, and output generation will end.

Non-refundability

Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, except where required by law. Cancellation does not entitle Subscriber to a refund of any previously charged subscription fee.

Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate for the Subscriber's plan. Subscribers are notified of any rate change in advance per the User Agreement.

Export your records before canceling

Access to member tools and the dashboard ends when the paid period ends. Subscribers should export records — including any field packages, auditor reports, and JSON exports — before canceling or changing access.
