A documentation framework for permit-required confined space programs. It generates locked field packages for documentation review, field coordination, and audit support, plus auditor reports and machine-readable JSON exports.
The PRCS Readiness Engine organizes employer-entered information into a defined 15-module documentation set covering space identification, hazard inventory, atmospheric planning, isolation, ventilation, rescue planning, entry roles, communications, and evidence support.
A single tool run produces three coordinated outputs: a locked field package for documentation review and audit support, a structured auditor report, and a machine-readable JSON export.
The Field Package generated by the PRCS Documentation Readiness Engine supports documentation review, field coordination, and audit support. It is not an entry authorization, a permit issuance, or an employer field decision. Entry decisions remain the employer's responsibility under the active program and competent-person review.
Each tool run produces a version-stamped field package, an auditor report, and a machine-readable export. All three carry the regulatory scope reference and limitation statement.
The PRCS Readiness Engine operates within a defined regulatory scope. The scope specifies the citation set, output boundaries, and limitations the tool carries on every run.
Every output produced by the tool is stamped with the tool version and regulatory reference, allowing downstream review and audit traceability.

| Cross Reference | 29 CFR 1910.146 (informational) |
| Coverage | Construction · Permit-Required Confined Spaces |
| Output Boundary | Documentation framework only |
| Excluded | Entry authorization, employer field decisions, professional legal or engineering services, training |
The Field Package does not authorize entry into a permit-required confined space. Entry decisions remain with the employer under the active program and competent-person review.
Output documentation does not state, represent, or substitute for an employer compliance review under 29 CFR 1926 Subpart AA, 1910.146, state plans, or any other regulatory authority.
No sealed engineering, no attorney-client relationship, and no legal opinions are formed by use of the tool or its outputs.
The tool organizes employer-entered information. It does not replace competent-person, qualified-person, entry supervisor, or rescue service authority and judgment.
